Snowstorm Status Update

Creator Journals 1/26/25

I’m well and alive and I’m not at work. More importantly, here’s what’s happening with my writing.

The main plan for the rest of this month is to get Web of Bones 2nd edition done. I’m pretty close to being finished, but I do want to come up with a new cover image and things like that, which I haven’t really even begun to plot. I have some rough ideas, but I’ll probably have to actually find an artist for this one, since I can’t draw.

I should also be working on audiobooks. I get asked about audiobooks a lot and I really don’t know much about that.

The plan is to release WOB II for free, but I’m going to have to find platforms for that, since Amazon kindle likes to be difficult.

I thirst for a new project. I desire to write a brand new rough draft, but isn’t that just the writer’s eternal lust? I must finish what I start. I must be disciplined.

No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom.

Today’s writing tip: Look at your story from a new angle. See through the eyes of different characters and different readers. Do not create a product. Share an experience.
