Creator Journals 11/25/25
Just finish drafting chapter 1 of Eversolstice. I’m proud of what I’ve created. I think it’s fun and original and strange, and I can’t wait to see how people feel about it. This whole thing is really just supposed to be a fun, holiday side-story, like “Feast of Lights” and “Edreimlecheth’s First Christmas” but I’m trying to put a little extra sauce in it. I want to make it a holiday special, yes, but also just a good and strange story that happens to center around a holiday. Also, it gives me another chance to write about Vulture, and the more of those, the better.
I’ll be going on a trip for three days, so I’m not totally sure how much writing I’ll be able to get done, but I’ll have downtime on the way up and back, so I should be able to work on some personal side projects.
It’s Thanksgiving, so I want all of my creation to flow from a place of joy and thanks, not obligation!

Today’s writing tip: If you can’t make yourself write, try isolating yourself for a solid hour or half hour. Do your best to focus on nothing but writing for that time. If you keep performing this exercise, your muscles will start to grow and the process will get easier.
