Creator Journals 11/7/25
I watched an in depth video all about creating Facebook ads. Near the end of the video, they were like, “But Facebook ads aren’t for you if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on this. Try all this other stuff instead.” Now I feel like I fell down a rabbit hole and I’m confused. Every hour I spend learning about marketing makes me feel that much more resentful toward fate, the gods, and the United States of America.
At least I have some leads, some threads to follow. I’m still angry. That isn’t going to change. My personal writing projects are going well this month.
I started complaining about it to my coworker and she suggested local book and art festivals. Might look into that. I need to hype myself up. Need to get excited about marketing, but not too excited or I’ll burn myself out.
Anything is possible, I guess.
Today’s writing tip: If you never feel like writing, maybe being a writer isn’t for you.
