A Job Well Done*

Creator Journals 11/1/25

Happy November! Vulture has been released out into the world, and I may rest/

The book is done, and I’m taking a break from writing, at least for the day. So, the book is done, how do I get people to read it? That’s kind of been my big challenge for a while now. I focus so much on the writing and end up having no idea how to get my work into the hands of readers. I think a lot of people would really enjoy my work! But I’m not good at advertising. I think it’s probably a skill I have to train myself in.

I really enjoy the creative portion of the writer deal. I don’t know business. I don’t know how to find the people who know how to sell. I don’t have powerful friends. Anyway, those are all problems for another day. Today we bask in the sunlight of a job well done.

It’s strange. I’ve been proud of every story I’ve released, but for some reason I feel even more strongly about this one in particular. I just love the style and the characters, and I really want to share it all with the world. It’s fun and sad and creepy and funny. Give it a read! You won’t regret it!

See you all in my dreams and nightmares!

Today’s writing tip: Always write what you want. Don’t waste any time writing things you don’t want to. Life is too short. Soon we shall all be undead shamblers.

Processing…
Success! You're on the list.
