Creator Journals 10/26/25
Man, I should just relax today, but I keep thinking about playing Call of Cthulhu. I’m not supposed to write on Sundays. I started writing a CoC game for my Tuesday night dnd group. It’s almost Halloween, man. Need to play some spooky games, right? I need to get some horrors out of my system before the month ends. I’ve never run a Call of Cthulhu game before, but I have the books and I have always wanted to. I love horror games. I love watching my players die and go insane.
So anyway, yeah, adding that to my plate while I’m already running a marathon and trying to finish, revise, and publish “The Cause of Death” because I guess I’m an idiot.

Today’s writing tip: Focus on pacing. Listen to your sentences and try to see how they sound next to each other. Sentence contrast is very important.
