Creator Journals 10/5/25
It’s still October 5th. I haven’t missed it. I’m not too late!
It’s a Sunday, so as usual, I didn’t write anything.
I rewatched “Train To Busan” which is probably my favorite zombie movie of all time (I go back and forth between this and the classic “Night of the Living Dead”)
I also went and saw “Good Boy” which was a horror movie filmed completely from the POV of a dog. It was really creatively done, and afterwards they showed a cool behind-the-scenes look at how they got the dog to act.
All of this was good creative fuel for my spooky Halloween story.
Tomorrow I hop back in and get to writing chapter 8, the penultimate chapter of “The Cause of Death”.

Today’s writing tip: Shut your brain off. Like. Shut your brain completely off. You need to turn it off and on again sometimes. It overheats.
