Creator Journals 9/29/25
I haven’t been out of the house yet today.
I think I’m sick. I slept till 11:30AM. I wanted to get chapter 3 of Beach Knight out to my beta-readers before I go full-force into The Cause of Death month, but I sort of ran out of time and energy. I’ll try to make sure to finish tomorrow.
Outside of that, I spent an hour playing Hollow-Knight and failing to beat a single boss.
My phone died this weekend and I got a new one, but I haven’t been able to get into twitter (Not X. never X).
I’m about halfway done my first draft for COD, but I think I want to double back and work on the setting a bit. The characters also need more distinct speech patterns and POVs. That’s the kind of thing I usually add in a second draft.
I’m feeling ambitious, so maybe I’ll even create some tik-toks for this one. We’ll see what happens.
