I had a personal tragedy today. I didn’t write, and I’m typing up this blog post at 11PM, just barely crossing the finish line. I don’t really want to talk about it right now. I may talk about it tomorrow, depending on my mood.
Either way, tomorrow I’ll begin writing “The Cause of Death” in earnest, and I’m really excited about that. I need to invent some occult literature, which might mean reading some occult literature. That’s always been a favorite past-time of mine anyway.
The air is starting to get cold, and the leaves are falling. I’m consuming as much pumpkin spice as I can. Think now only of ghouls, zombies, spooks and specters. I love this season, and I want to give something back. I want to manifest a Halloween release.
I’ll be talking about this a lot. Expect me to talk about it a lot.
Today’s writing tip: Find the balance between following your passions and following through. It can be bad to write a story you don’t currently care about, but if you can never finish anything, that also doesn’t do you any good.
