Creator Journals 9/21/25
Happy Sunday! The sky is gray, and I am pleased.
Sunday. I don’t write. I only blog. I want to eat a pizza, but the friends I’m visiting with do not desire pizza. All is lost. I’m like a tattered sail drifting on the surface of the sea.
We are now playing Devil May Cry 3 after many months of trying to finish Devil May Cry 2. 2 is a weird gem and there is nothing else like it, but 3 is where Dante really starts to become the Dante we know and love.
I’m becoming very invested in the idea of “The Cause of Death” . I was on a long drive last night and typed up about 500 words. I want to release it on Halloween. Wondering if I should just drop Circles for now and focus on this. I don’t know. I’m having trouble focusing on The Kingdom’s Disdain lately. I love it, but it isn’t my current passion. Still, I’m about a third of the way through this revision, maybe I should just stay the course.
I will meditate on it.
Today’s writing tip: Be flexible. Take your creation and your passion seriously, but let yourself joke about it too. It’s just a story.
