Creator Journals 8/21/25
Busy day today. I have to drive four hours for work, so I made sure to fit all of my writing in early in the morning. I would like to have nothing left to do when I get home. I would like to collapse into a pile, regress into a deathlike stupor, a peaceful one.
That being said, I do wish I’d had more time to write. I’m hard at work on chapter 10, the climax of my novel, and so far I love everything about it. There is a big action scene coming up, and I honestly love writing action. I think action is something I have a special knack for. My writing style is sort of rhythmic and kinetic, and that works to my advantage.
UPDATE: Stuff happened while I was writing this post and now I don’t have to go on a two hour journey anymore! I get to do more writing! See you losers later!
I can’t wait to finish this thing!
Today’s writing tip: Think about something that makes you really emotional and then try to put that emotion into your story.
