Creator Journals 7/24/25
I was pretty negative in my last post, so today I’m going to balance it out by listing some things that make me happy. Feel free to comment things that make you happy as well, reader!
- The feeling of satisfaction that comes from completing all of my writing tasks for the day. Seriously, it’s a high that no substance could ever replicate.
- The xenomorph from Alien. I just like it. I like its design. I like the way it moves. It inspires me and fills me with delight.
- Morning coffee. I’m so powerful. I’m unstoppable. The universe is my friend. All is well while I’m at the pinnacle of my coffee energy.
- Thefwin Peachwillow. I’ve spoken about her at length. I will not go in depth here.
- Movies where sharks eat people. Especially if a lot of the runtime depicts sharks eating people. I get bored during the parts where scientists have relationship drama.
- Writing. Despite what I said yesterday, I love writing.
Finishing a blog post. That feels pretty nice too.
Today’s writing tip: Write more and you’ll get better at writing. It’s really that simple.
